Tasting Notes:

Colour: Vibrant purple with a solid core.
Nose: Lovely lifted aromas of blueberries and preserved cherries with subtle savoury notes.
Palate: Excellent structure brooding tannins are supporting beautiful sweetness - cherries,black berries and plum.

Vineyard Notes:

Heavy winter rainfalls prompted early seasonal growth. Warm weather from December to February set the course for a compressed vintage. Grapes reached full ripeness with balanced sugar levels and natural acidity.

Winemaker Notes:

This wine was matured for ten months in 100% French oak barrels - 30% new with the remainder in seasoned French oak barrels.
